Ace & Zero
Account and Data Deletion
Last updated: 6 October 2026
This page explains how to delete your Ace & Zero account and the data linked to it. Ace & Zero is a social casino game for iPhone and Android, published by Corevix IT Consultancy L.L.C-FZ. It is played with virtual chips only. This page supplements the Ace & Zero Privacy Notice and the Ace & Zero Terms of Service.
Summary. Your Ace & Zero account and chips are stored on our game servers. You can delete your account at any time in the game: open ACCOUNT in the lobby and tap Delete account. Guest accounts can be deleted the same way. Deletion takes effect at once and cannot be undone. It removes your chips, your game history, the link to your device and, if you added them, your email address and your Sign in with Apple or Google link. If you bought chips, we keep the purchase records for accounting, but without your account ID, until 5 years after each purchase. If you cannot open the game, email us and we will answer within 30 days. Section 4 lists what remains after deletion.
1. What Data Exists
- Your account, on our game servers: a random account ID, a random username that we generate, your chip balance, and the device identifier the game uses to sign you in as a guest. On iPhone that identifier is the ID that iOS gives our apps; on Android it is derived from your device's Android ID, in the version Android gives to this app alone. It is not the advertising identifier.
- Sign-in details, only if you add them: your email address and a one-way hash of your password (we never store the password itself), and the user ID that Apple gives us when you use Sign in with Apple (iPhone and iPad only), and the user ID that Google gives us when you use Sign in with Google. Google also sends us your name, email address and profile picture link when you sign in; we do not keep them. We do not ask Apple for your email address. If Apple shares your first name, the game may show it on screen while the app is open, for example in a welcome message and on the Account screen. It does not save it or send it to us.
- Your game history, on our game servers: a record of every change to your chips (bets, wins, poker buy-ins and chips returned from a table, bonuses and free chips, chips you bought and chips taken back after a refund), your roulette spins, your blackjack rounds, your Sit & Go tournaments, your last 50 poker hands, your personal records, your weekly leaderboard name, points and rank, and your daily bonus progress.
- Purchases, only if you bought chips: a record of each purchase (the App Store transaction ID or Google Play order ID, the chip pack and chips, the price and currency for App Store purchases, the storefront country or region, the dates and any refund), linked to your account ID, plus a list of your purchases and a refund summary kept with your account. We never receive your payment details: Apple or Google handles the payment.
- On your phone: the sign-in tokens that keep you signed in (on iPhone in the iOS Keychain; on Android in the app's private storage, encrypted with a key held in the Android Keystore where the phone supports it); your sound settings and, on iPhone, your vibration setting; the last five roulette numbers shown on the table (from version 1.0.2, kept for each account under a code made from the account, not the account ID; older versions keep one list for the whole phone); and, while a blackjack round is unfinished (from version 1.0.2; older versions have no blackjack), a random ID of that round, also kept under a code made from your account, not the account ID.
- Network and technical data: to limit sign-in and sign-up abuse, the game server keeps your IP address, and any email address typed on the sign-in screen, in its memory only. They are not stored in the game database. Each is removed at most 65 minutes after it was last used, and all are cleared when the server restarts. Our game server's connection logs record only a shortened IP address, with the last part removed. Server logs can also contain your account ID (see Section 4).
- Backups: the game database, including your account, is copied every night into an encrypted backup.
Uninstalling the game does not delete your account. Your account and chips stay on our servers so that you can sign in again. Uninstalling removes the game's settings from your phone; on iPhone, iOS may keep its sign-in tokens in the Keychain, on Android they are removed with the app. If you play as a guest on an iPhone, delete your account in the game before you uninstall: once the game and every other Corevix app are removed from that iPhone, you may not be able to reach that guest account again, and we cannot identify it either. On Android, a reinstall returns to the same guest account until the phone is reset to factory settings.
2. Delete Your Account in the App
You need an internet connection, and you must be signed in to the account you want to delete.
- Leave any poker table. An account cannot be deleted while it has chips at a poker table. The game tells you to leave the table first.
- Open ACCOUNT in the lobby.
- Tap Delete account. If you do not see it, check your connection and tap RETRY, or sign in first.
- Tap DELETE FOREVER to confirm.
- If your account uses Sign in with Apple, confirm with Apple when asked. Use the Apple ID that is linked to the account. This confirmation runs on iPhone and iPad only: the Android app cannot delete an account that has an Apple ID linked. Delete it in the game on an iPhone or iPad, or write to us (Section 3).
What happens immediately.
- Your account is deleted from our game servers, together with the data listed as deleted in Section 4. Your chips are removed. Chips are virtual, have no monetary value and cannot be restored.
- An unfinished blackjack round does not stop the deletion. The round ends without a refund, and its bet is removed with your other chips.
- Chips you bought are removed like all other chips. Deleting your account does not refund a purchase: refunds are made by Apple or Google (see Ace & Zero Support). Your purchase records stay, without your account ID (Section 4).
- You are signed out on every device, and the deleted account's sign-in tokens are removed from this phone.
- The game then signs in to this phone's own guest account, or creates a new, empty one if this phone has none. That guest account is separate from the deleted account and holds none of its data. It may hold its own chips, for example if you played as a guest on this phone before you signed in. Like every guest account, it is stored under this phone's device identifier. You can delete it the same way.
- Other phones on which you played may each have their own guest account. They are not deleted with your account. To delete one, open the game on that phone and delete it there.
Sign in with Apple. If your account uses Sign in with Apple, the game asks you to confirm with Apple before anything is deleted. Our server uses this confirmation to ask Apple to revoke the tokens Apple issued to Ace & Zero for your Apple ID, so the game no longer has Sign in with Apple access. If you confirm with a different Apple ID, or if Apple cannot be reached, nothing is deleted and the game shows an error. Please try again. Your Apple Account itself is not affected. You can review the apps that use Sign in with Apple in your Apple Account settings.
3. Request Deletion by Email
Use this if you cannot delete your account in the game, for example because you lost or replaced your phone, or because you forgot the password of an account that signs in with email. First, check whether one of these still works for you:
- Sign in with Apple accounts: install Ace & Zero on any iPhone or iPad, sign in with the same Apple ID and delete the account in the game (Section 2). The Android app cannot do this. We do not ask Apple for your email address, so we normally cannot find a Sign in with Apple account from an email request unless an email address is also linked to it. If this is not possible, write to us and describe the situation.
- Email accounts: if Ace & Zero is still signed in on one of your devices, you can delete the account there without your password. If you know your password, you can sign in on any iPhone or Android phone and delete it in the game (on Android, only if no Apple ID is linked to the account).
- Guest accounts: a guest account is tied to the phone it was created on and holds no name or email address. Without that phone, neither you nor we can tell which guest account was yours, so we cannot delete a guest account by email.
To request deletion of an email account, send an email to support@corevix.io with the subject line “Delete my Ace & Zero account”. Please:
- send it from the email address you use to sign in to Ace & Zero,
- say that you want the account deleted and, if you know, whether an Apple ID is also linked to it,
- not send your password, identity documents or other personal details. We will never ask for your password.
We will reply to that email address and ask you to confirm. This shows that you control the address the account uses. We delete the account only after you confirm, and we tell you by email when it is done. We answer every request, and complete every confirmed deletion, within 30 days.
An account deleted by email request is removed in the same way as in the game (Section 4), with two differences. First, we cannot revoke Sign in with Apple from our side, because that step needs your confirmation with Apple in the game. If an Apple ID was linked, you can stop using Sign in with Apple for Ace & Zero in your Apple Account settings. Second, our admin tool keeps an internal record that we deleted the account, with its account ID (see Section 4).
4. What Is Deleted and What Is Kept
- Deleted at once: your account record (account ID, username, chip balance, email address, password hash, Apple user ID and Google user ID), the device identifiers linked to it, your whole game history (chip records, roulette spins, blackjack rounds, Sit & Go tournaments and poker hands), your personal records, your leaderboard name and leaderboard entries, any poker review records (kept in rare cases when the server cannot confirm a buy-in or a return of chips from a table, so that we can check the chips by hand), your daily bonus progress, your list of purchases, your refund summary and every active sign-in session. The game database keeps no record of the deleted account, apart from the items below.
- Kept without your account ID (purchase records): if you bought chips, the record of each purchase stays until 5 years after the date of the purchase and is then deleted. Before your account is deleted, we remove your account ID and the purchase request ID from every one of these records, so they no longer show which account made the purchase; if we delete your account at your request (Section 3), this happens at our next daily cleanup. What remains is the App Store transaction ID or Google Play order ID, the chip pack and chips, the price and currency for App Store purchases, the storefront country or region, the dates and any refund: what we need for our accounting and tax records and to handle refunds and payment disputes with Apple and Google. A purchase record without an account can never be added to another account.
- Kept for up to about 10 minutes, in rare cases: each poker table keeps a record of the chips at its seats, and the record is removed automatically after the table closes, normally within about 10 minutes after you leave the table. The entry for your seat holds your account ID only until you leave the table and your chips there are returned to your balance, and you must leave every table before you can delete your account. So the record normally no longer holds your account ID when you delete it. In rare cases, for example when the return of your chips from a table goes to manual review, it can still hold your account ID after the deletion, normally for no more than about 10 minutes. Chips still at a table when an account is deleted are removed with the account.
- Kept in server memory for up to 65 minutes: the counters the game server uses to limit abuse. They are keyed by IP address, by account ID and by any email address typed on the sign-in screen, and they are never saved to the game database. Each is removed at most 65 minutes after it was last used, and all are cleared when the server restarts.
- Kept in server logs: technical logs can contain your account ID, for example the entry that records the deletion, or the entry that records a purchase with its transaction or order ID. In rare error cases they can also contain your email address, device identifier, Apple user ID, Google user ID, or the name and profile picture link from Google's sign-in token. Logs are overwritten automatically when they reach a size limit, and the game server's own log is erased whenever we update the server software. The limit is based on size, not time, so how long an entry is kept depends on how busy the server is.
- Kept in encrypted backups: nightly encrypted backups of the game database, including any copies kept with a separate storage provider, can still contain your account until those backups are deleted. Backups kept on the game server are deleted automatically 14 days after they are made, and copies kept with the storage provider 30 days after they are made. An extra backup that we make by hand, for example before an update, can be kept up to one day longer.
- Kept in our admin audit log (deletion by email only): if we delete your account at your request, our admin tool keeps an internal record of that action with your account ID. There is currently no set time limit for keeping it.
- Kept in our support mailbox: if you write to us, your emails and our replies stay in our support mailbox, separate from the game servers. They are not deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete them.
- Not linked to you: per-hand records of the poker house fee (rake) contain no account ID, and our game server's connection logs record only a shortened IP address. Poker tables seat one human player with computer opponents, so no other player's hand history contains your hands.
- On your phone: your sound settings (and, on iPhone, your vibration setting) stay until you uninstall the game. They are not linked to any account. From version 1.0.2, the deleted account's recent roulette numbers, and the random ID of a blackjack round that was unfinished when you deleted the account, are removed from the phone on which you delete the account in the app. On other phones, and after a deletion by email, they can stay until the game is uninstalled there (we cannot reach your phones); they are kept under a code made from the account, not the account ID. Older versions keep the recent roulette numbers in one list for the whole phone, not linked to any account, until you uninstall the game (version 1.0.2 removes that list the first time it opens the roulette table), and they have no blackjack.
- Held by Apple: Apple keeps its own records of your Apple ID and your App Store downloads and purchases under Apple's privacy policy.
- Held by Google: Google keeps its own records of your Google Account and your Google Play downloads and purchases under Google's privacy policy.
