Ace & Zero

Support

Last updated: 6 October 2026

This is the support page for Ace & Zero, a social casino game for iPhone and Android published by Corevix IT Consultancy L.L.C-FZ. It answers common questions and explains how to reach us. How the game handles your data is described in the Ace & Zero Privacy Notice.

Summary. Ace & Zero offers European roulette, blackjack, and Texas Hold'em cash tables and Sit & Go tournaments against computer opponents. It uses virtual chips only: they have no monetary value and can never be cashed out. Every account receives 10,000 free welcome chips once, the daily bonus gives free chips every day, a one-time top-up helps if you run low, and packs of chips can also be bought in the game (Section 4). For help, email support@corevix.io. We answer every request within 30 days.

1. Contact Support

Email support@corevix.io. We answer every request within 30 days. To help us find your account and the problem, please include:

Never send us your password. We do not need it to help you, and we will never ask for it.

2. How Do I Get Chips?

You never need to buy chips to play. Every account receives 10,000 welcome chips once, and a new account can also claim its first daily bonus in the lobby straight away.

These amounts and rules may change over time.

3. Are Chips Worth Real Money?

No. Chips are virtual and have no monetary value, including chips you buy. They cannot be cashed out, redeemed, transferred to another player or exchanged for money, prizes or anything else of value. Ace & Zero is for entertainment only, is intended for adults (18+) and offers no real-money gambling. Practice or success in a social casino game does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

4. Purchases

You can buy packs of virtual chips in the game: tap BUY CHIPS in the lobby, or the + next to your chip balance. Buying is optional. The App Store or Google Play shows the price in your currency and handles the payment; we never see your payment details. Chips you buy are the same virtual chips as free ones: they have no monetary value, cannot be cashed out and cannot be moved to another account or player, so anyone who offers to sell you Ace & Zero chips outside the game cannot deliver them.

The chips did not arrive.

  1. Check that you are online and signed in to the account you used for the purchase.
  2. Close the app completely and open it again. The app reports any purchase that has not been confirmed yet and adds its chips automatically. Reopening the app never charges you again, and a purchase is never added twice.
  3. If the chips are still missing, email support@corevix.io with the order ID from the store's receipt (App Store: the order ID in Apple's receipt email or at reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play: the order number starting with GPA. in Google's receipt email or in your Google Play order history), the pack you bought and roughly when.

On Google Play, some payment methods can leave a purchase pending for a while. The chips are added once the payment is complete.

Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds are requested from them and decided under their policies. We cannot refund a purchase ourselves.

When a purchase is refunded, the chips it added are removed from your balance. If you have already used some of them, what is left of your balance is removed; your balance never goes below zero.

A purchase belongs to one account. Its chips are added to the account you were signed in to when you bought, and they stay with that account on every phone where you sign in to it, so there is nothing to restore on a new phone. If the app says that a purchase belongs to another account, sign in to the account you used to buy. A guest account cannot be moved to another phone, so save your progress (Section 8) before you change phones.

5. Are the Other Players Real People?

No. In Texas Hold'em you always play against computer opponents: every cash table and every Sit & Go tournament seats you and five bots, and each bot carries an AI tag next to its name. Bots never see your cards, the deck or the shuffle; they decide using only what a player in their seat could see. In blackjack you play on your own against the dealer, and in roulette against the wheel.

All results are decided on our game servers with a cryptographic random number generator. Roulette uses a European single-zero wheel with 37 pockets. Every blackjack round is dealt from its own six-deck shoe, shuffled for that round.

6. How Do the Leaderboard and My Records Work?

7. Does the Game Need an Internet Connection?

Yes. Your chips, bets and hands are kept and settled on our game servers, so the game needs a working internet connection. If the lobby shows “Not connected”, check your connection and tap to retry.

8. I Changed Phones. How Do I Keep My Chips?

Your chips belong to your account on our game servers. How you take them to a new phone depends on how you play:

Guest chips that were never saved can be lost when you change or reset your phone, or (on iPhone) when you delete Ace & Zero and no other Corevix app remains on it. When you sign in on a new phone, chips on that phone's own guest account stay with the guest account; they are not added to your saved account.

9. I Forgot My Email Password

There is no self-service password reset yet. We never store your password in readable form, so we cannot look it up or tell you what it is.

10. How Do I Delete My Account?

In the game, open ACCOUNT in the lobby, tap Delete account and confirm with DELETE FOREVER. Guest accounts can be deleted the same way.

What we delete, what we keep and for how long is explained on the Ace & Zero Account Deletion page. If you can no longer open the game, email support@corevix.io.

11. Privacy, Terms and Contact

Questions about the game, your account or your data: support@corevix.io. General enquiries: info@corevix.io.
