Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the Ace & Zero game for iPhone and Android (the "game"), published by Corevix IT Consultancy L.L.C-FZ ("Corevix", "we", "us", "our"). They are separate from the Terms of Use for this website. How we handle your data in the game is described in the Ace & Zero Privacy Notice.

Summary. Ace & Zero is a social casino game for adults (18+). You play European roulette, blackjack and Texas Hold'em poker (cash tables and Sit & Go tournaments) with virtual chips. Your poker opponents are computer players. You get free chips every day, and you can also buy packs of chips through the App Store or Google Play. Chips, including chips you buy, have no monetary value and can never be cashed out, redeemed, transferred or sold. Purchases are final, except where the law or the store's refund policy provides otherwise. There is no real-money gambling and there are no prizes. Every result is decided on our servers. Play fairly, keep your sign-in details safe, and you can delete your account at any time.

1. Agreement and Eligibility

By downloading, installing or playing the game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age for this kind of game.
• You may use the game only where social casino games are lawful. Some countries and regions restrict them. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.
• We may make the game unavailable in some countries or regions.

By playing, you confirm that you meet these requirements. If we learn that an account is used by someone under 18 and we can identify the account, we will close and delete it.

2. Your Account

Guest play. The game starts you as a guest. A guest account is linked to your device through an identifier that your device's operating system provides to the game. Your chips are stored on our servers, but a guest account can only be reached from that device. If you change phones, reset your phone, or (on iPhone) remove the game together with every other Corevix app from your device, you may lose access to a guest account and its chips.

Saving your progress. To keep your account on a new phone or after a reinstall, link it on the Account screen with an email address and password (SAVE PROGRESS), with Sign in with Google or, on iPhone and iPad, with Sign in with Apple. Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google are provided by Apple and Google under their own terms. Sign in with Apple is not available in the Android app; an email address or Sign in with Google lets you use one account on both iPhone and Android. We do not verify email addresses, and there is currently no password reset. If you forget your password and the account is not signed in on any device and has no Apple ID or Google account linked, we cannot restore access; on request, support can delete the account.

• Each account is for one person. Do not share, sell, lend or transfer your account, and do not use someone else's.
• Keep your sign-in details safe, and use a password that you do not use anywhere else. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• If you think someone else has access to your account, tell us at support@corevix.io.
• Signing out of a linked account does not delete it. The account and its chips stay on our servers.

Deleting your account. You can delete your account at any time in the game: Lobby → ACCOUNT → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and removes all of your chips. You must leave any poker table first, and an account linked with Apple must confirm with Apple. Step-by-step instructions are on the Ace & Zero Account Deletion page.

We may suspend or close accounts that are used for abuse or that break these Terms (see Sections 5 and 11).

3. Virtual Chips and Purchases

• Chips are a virtual game feature that you can use only to play the game. They are not money, currency or property, and they have no monetary value. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable license to use them in the game. This applies equally to chips you receive for free and to chips you buy.
• You receive chips for free, for example welcome chips (10,000 chips, given once to each account), a daily bonus (one claim per calendar day, counted in Coordinated Universal Time, UTC) and a one-time free top-up the first time your balance runs low. We may change the amounts, rules and availability of free chips at any time.
• Chips can never be cashed out, redeemed, or exchanged for money, prizes, goods or anything else of value. They cannot be transferred, gifted, sold or traded, inside or outside the game. The game has no feature that moves chips between players.
• Any sale, purchase or trade of chips or accounts outside the game breaks these Terms, and we do not recognize it.
• We may correct, adjust or remove chip balances and related records to fix errors, bugs or outages, or to reverse the effects of cheating, abuse or any breach of these Terms.
• Chips end when your account is deleted or closed, or when the game is discontinued. Because chips have no monetary value, no refund, payment or compensation is due for chips that are lost, removed, adjusted or ended, except where the law requires otherwise.

Buying chips. The game offers optional packs of chips for purchase. Buying chips is never needed to play.

• Purchases are made through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google) and are processed by them under their own terms and payment rules. The store shows the price in your currency before you confirm, and applies any taxes under its own rules. You must be at least 18 and allowed to use the payment method.
• A purchase gives you the license described above for the number of chips in the pack. The chips are added to the account you are signed in to when you buy, after our server has checked the purchase with Apple or Google. A purchase cannot be moved to another account.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or where Apple or Google grants a refund under its own refund policy. We cannot refund purchases ourselves: refunds are requested from Apple or Google, as described on the Ace & Zero Support page.
• If a purchase is refunded, cancelled, reversed or charged back, we remove the chips it added from your balance. If you have already used some of them, we remove what your balance allows (it never goes below zero), and we keep a record of the refund with your account. We may treat repeated refunds of chips that were already used as abuse under Section 5.
• We may change the packs on offer, the number of chips in a pack and their prices for future purchases. A change never affects a purchase that has already been completed.
• Deleting your account deletes the chips you bought along with all other chips, and does not refund any purchase.

4. No Real-Money Gambling

Ace & Zero is for entertainment only. It does not offer real-money gambling. You cannot wager money in the game, and you cannot win money, prizes or anything of value. Buying chips does not change this: chips you buy are virtual chips like any others, and nothing you win with them can be cashed out.

Practice or success at social casino gaming does not imply future success at real-money gambling. Free chips, bonuses and table limits in the game do not exist in real-money gambling, and results in the game are no guide to results there.

Your poker opponents are computer-controlled players, marked "AI" in the game. They are not people. Each one plays only from the information its own seat can see. They do not see the deck or your hidden cards. In the current version, you do not play poker against other people, at cash tables or in Sit & Go tournaments. In blackjack you play against the dealer, whose play follows fixed rules shown at the table, and in roulette against the wheel.

Leaderboard and records. The weekly Sit & Go leaderboard ranks players by the points they earn from tournament finishes. It has no prizes of any kind, and a rank changes nothing else in the game. Players appear on it under a name that the game generates; you can hide yourself in the leaderboard panel at any time. Your personal records are shown only to you. We may correct or remove leaderboard entries and records that result from errors, cheating or abuse.

Play responsibly. Play for fun, and take regular breaks. If you are worried about gambling, your own or someone else's, including real-money gambling outside this game, help is available from problem-gambling services in your country and from organizations such as Gamblers Anonymous. If you want to stop playing, you can delete your account at any time (Section 2).

5. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• cheat, or use bots, scripts, macros, automation or modified versions of the game to play or to collect chips;
• exploit bugs, errors or design flaws. Please report them to support@corevix.io instead;
• create or use multiple accounts to collect extra free chips, bonuses or top-ups, to raise a leaderboard position, or to get around a limit, suspension or closure;
• buy, sell, trade or transfer chips or accounts outside the game, or offer to do so;
• buy chips with a payment method that you are not allowed to use, or obtain a refund or chargeback through false claims;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or tamper with the game, our servers or the traffic between them, except where the law allows this despite this restriction;
• disrupt or overload the game or our servers, test their security without our written permission, or access accounts, data or systems that are not yours;
• harass, threaten, abuse or impersonate any person, including our support staff;
• use the game or its chips for any unlawful purpose, or as part of any real-money gambling or betting arrangement.

To protect players and the service, the game applies automatic limits, for example on sign-in attempts and on new guest accounts created from the same network. If we reasonably believe that you have broken this section, we may void affected results, remove or adjust chips, restrict features, or suspend or close your account.

6. Outcomes

Every game result is decided on our game servers, not on your device. Roulette uses a European single-zero wheel with 37 pockets (0 to 36), and each result is drawn by a cryptographically secure random number generator. For poker, at cash tables and in Sit & Go tournaments, a new cryptographically secure random seed is used to shuffle the deck for every hand. Every blackjack round is dealt from its own six-deck shoe, shuffled with a cryptographically secure random number generator. We do not adjust results for individual players.

Our server records of bets, hands, results and chip balances are final. If what your device shows differs from our records, for example after a lost connection or a display error, our records apply. If a round is interrupted or affected by a malfunction or error, we may complete, void, refund or correct it according to our records.

7. Availability and Changes to the Game

• The game needs an internet connection, because all play takes place on our servers.
• The game may be unavailable from time to time, for example during maintenance, updates or outages. We do not guarantee that it will be available at all times, in every country or on every device.
• We may change, add or remove games, features, rules, table limits, tournaments, leaderboards, bonuses, free chip amounts, chip packs and their prices (for future purchases) and any other part of the chip economy at any time. You may need to update the app to keep playing.
• We may discontinue the game. Where practical, we will give reasonable notice in the game or on this website first.

8. Intellectual Property and License

The game and its content, including software, graphics, sounds, text, names and logos, are owned by or licensed to Corevix. Some components are provided under their own licenses, such as open-source licenses, and those licenses apply to them.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to download and use the game on devices that you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, in line with these Terms and the usage rules of the store you downloaded it from. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Apple. If you downloaded the game from the App Store, it is licensed to you through the App Store, and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Purchases in the game made through the App Store are also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. These Terms supplement them. If they conflict on your license to use the app, Apple's agreement applies. These Terms are between you and Corevix, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for handling any claim relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Google. If you downloaded the game from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to that download and to purchases in the game made through Google Play. These Terms are between you and Corevix, not Google. Google is not responsible for the game or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

9. Disclaimers

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that your account, chips or progress will always be preserved. Nothing in these Terms affects rights that you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corevix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, chips, progress or goodwill, arising from your use of the game or your inability to use it. Our total liability to you for all claims relating to the game is limited to the amount, if any, that you paid for the game, including purchases in it, in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Termination

You can stop playing at any time, and you can delete your account in the game (Section 2).

We may suspend, restrict or close your account, and remove its chips, if you break these Terms, if we reasonably suspect cheating, fraud or abuse, if you do not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 1, if the law requires it, or if we discontinue the game. Where practical, we will tell you why.

When your account is closed or deleted, your license to use its chips ends and the chips are removed. Sections 3, 6, 8, 9, 10 and 13 continue to apply after termination. What happens to your data after deletion is described in the Ace & Zero Privacy Notice.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when it is posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Where practical, we will announce material changes in the game or on this page. If you keep playing after changes take effect, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop playing and delete your account.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory laws require otherwise. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of these Terms remain in effect.
